Every year as the school year winds down the seniors have surveys emailed to them where they vote on who they would like to speak at their senior breakfast, and at the graduation ceremony. This year the senior voted to speak at the breakfast is Brady Asmus. I asked Brady what a day in the life of the breakfast speaker is like and he said “I’m not preparing as hard as most people who would be in my position, I’m just gonna go with it when I’m typing it up. I haven’t even talked into a microphone before so it’s definitely something new for me.” I asked if he’s nervous or has any anxiety about the speech and he responded “I’m not too worried right now but it’s probably the largest crowd I’ll ever talk in front of so when I see everyone I might be a bit nervous. But, I think I’ll be okay.”
