Microbiology students see what grows around the school

Seniors in Mrs. Brocks’s Microbiogy and Biotechnology class had the assignment to swab different items in the school to see what grows. As simple of a lab as it is, it helps students understand the lesson more. “It’s kinda surprising that the school doesn’t have more bacteria in the areas we swabbed,” Senior Shaelyn Hauser said. “I thought that there would be more.”
