Too many people, no such thing
On Saturday, April 25, at 4:00, this huge prom group decided to have a potluck lunch at Kiyla Schugel’s house, where everyone brought their own food.
No one wanted to go out to eat because it would take forever to get their food, and everyone knew how it felt to serve a big group and didn’t want to put the workers through that.
It took a while before they could eat because some of them decided to head over to the caribou and didn’t communicate with the rest. When everyone was finally there, which was 18 of them in total, they wasted no time and started munching down because everyone was hangry.
Even though there were a lot of them, it didn’t seem like anyone was distant because “everyone just connected,” said junior Lendale Dunmars.
After everyone had filled up, they headed downstairs, which was more than enough space.
This was a great time for everyone to calm down and just relax, junior Bradyn Hagevold said for him, this was the most fun he had. As for Junior Piper Kapolczynski, her favorite part was “just being able to talk with a bunch of different people rather than two people.”
While some of the guys stayed upstairs playing poker, the rest were downstairs. With such a big prom group, there were many options for what you wanted to do with your friends.
Having such a big prom group gives everyone a chance to have at least 2-3 people they were really close with. Piper agreed to this by saying, “It was really fun to just have all my friends in one place”.
