With the state convention comes a lot of fun.
Even before we get there on the bus ride up, you’ll hear singing from the back of the bus.
In front of the bus was a heated game of imposter. 
Later Sunday night, they went to Texas Roadhouse, where the kids tried to see how many rolls they could eat.
“I ate way too much bread that I couldn’t eat my other food,” said Delilah Henrichs.
The girls decided that it was Tilken’s birthday. Tilken Fruhwirth got to ride the saddle and get a free brownie.
After a day of competition and sessions, they returned to the hotel to swim. There was a water balloon fight between the kids in the hot tub and the kids in the pool.
“Wars might be wars, but we still love each other. All in. All in peace,” said Tilken at the pool. Other chapters gathered around for a diving competition, and as the night slowed down, they went to play cards in the hallway.
Spoons was the game of choice, but they didn’t have any spoons, so instead they used makeup as kids gathered around some from being locked out of their room.
It showed what FFA is about. It’s about friendship, hard work, early mornings and late nights. You get to be part of something bigger then your self at sessions.
There were over 5,000 FFA members and guests from every walk of life, and we all can agree on one thing: that we believe in the future of agriculture and a faith not bourn of words but of deeds no matter where you come from or where your going when you put that jacket on we are all the same.
