On Thursday, the 5th-hour Pastry and Design class learn how to plate different foods to make them look more appealing. Junior Genesis Rabe said, “It was fun to experiment with plating using junk food and different toppings.” Each student in the class picked out a little Debbie snack and used toppings to make it appear gourmet.
