New Ulm High School carpentry students began building the brand-new ticket booths for the High School’s events and activities.
Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors team up with new trades teacher Mr. Longtin to do Mr. Bergmann a favor by building a new ticket booth.
This is the students’ very first real-scale project; some problems have been encountered. Students are measuring incorrectly, installing incorrectly, as well as making many other small or large mistakes.

With a little bit of instruction and a lot of correction, Mr. Longtin was able to pull all of the students together to make notable progress on the ticket booths, with two floors built and 2 walls in progress.
The ticket booths are soon going to be ready for construction.
While getting help from outside factors to get windows and shingles for the roof, the ticket booths are nearly ready to be put up and sent out.
“I have someone coming in tomorrow to put a roof over the top, and he will shingle it,” Longtin said to his class.
