The New Ulm Trap Team shot on Wednesday, April 2, down at the New Ulm trap range in cold and rainy weather to prepare the range for practice. The athletes were not discouraged by the harsh weather and were ready to compete with the new head coach James Arndt. One of the leading shooters, Tate Isaacson, explained how he dealt with the cold front coming in saying, “I shot a 42 out of 50, but I couldn’t feel my fingers afterward from the cold.” The Team, determined to do good in state, still practices in all conditions.
