On October 12th around 40 students were at the New Ulm Country Club for Rotary Club. The students were invited by teachers that picked them as leaders. The students that were participating were in 11th and 12th grade from four different schools. The schools that took part in this event included NUHS, Riverbend, Cathedral, and MVL.

When the students got there at around 7:15 they had breakfast. Then they went into a room and sat at the table they were assigned to. There were seven tables of people, around 6-7 students and 1 adult per table. The students did some activities including what would you do in a certain situation, being assigned a role in a company, and many other activities. The day was very eventful with many activities; it also got the students thinking of what they would do in a certain situation.
