Finals week is a go at New Ulm Highschool.

The New Ulm High school boys hockey team is preparing for a possible winter season. The Minnesota State Highschool League has announced that the season is a go-ahead but they are waiting on the okay from the governor. The New Ulm team has been having zoom meets and daily workouts to prepare for the possible season. When asked about the season, forward Evan Griebel said, "We are preparing for a season, but it is in the hands of the governor."

With winter temperatures arriving in Minnesota, outdoor mask breaks are a thing of the past at New Ulm High school. The school has turned to social distancing in the cafeteria for a new type of mask break. When asked about the new mask breaks, student Evan Griebel said, "The mask breaks in the commons are dangerous because not all kids spread out."
