Students in Ms. Filzens chemistry class went to the Minnesota river to test levels in the river including the Ph of the water. Junior Cale Dennis said, The school field trip brought me a lot of excitement. I enjoyed being outside by the river with friends and I thought the trip was very educational.

Students in Ms. Filzens class on Tuesday work on a lab on how copper and aluminum react together. It is always nice to get out of our desks and get into to the lab and get to work with different people, Keenan Davis said. In the lab students mixed together copper and aluminum then had to separate them.
