On Monday, November 6, NUHS has a teacher in service day. On teacher in service days, according to Mrs. Gordan, “In this upcoming one, we have a scheduled faculty meeting, we have team meetings, we have PLC’s or Professional Learning Communities. The administration schedules meetings all day for us, we have evals that we have to do. In the past, we have done ALLIS training, which is training for lock downs. we have goals that we set for the administration, ourselves, and our students.”

When asked what they will be doing on their Marvelous Monday Off, some students answered with “On Monday, I have to wake up at five thirty in the morning to go on a college visit, in Alexandria MN.” Sierra Dolly said. According to KirstinRae Gatzlaff “I will be sleeping in on my Monday off.” For most students, they love the teacher in service day, unless unless you’re Sierra.
