Sophomore Lauren Hintz serves the volleyball over the net during a beautiful day down at Herman Park in Mr.Rodriguez’s Lifetime activities class. During the 5th period, the bus loaded up with the lifetime activities kids and drove a quick 5 minutes down the hill to the sand volleyball courts. Lauren said getting to leave school and adventure out is one of her “favorite things so far” about the class.

The focus of the lifetime activities class is to cover basic activities that can be used after high school to keep you active. Some of these other activities include frisbee golf, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, and much more. Lauren said lifetime activities is a beneficial class to take, “Because you get to exercise daily while hanging out with your friends.”
