The Eagles trap and skeet shooting teams have wasted no time in making a statement this season.

“We’ve had a great season so far,” said Tilken Frewurth, who set a new personal record in trap shooting last week. “This team has been getting better and better every week, and everyone is pushing each other to improve.”

Coach Tyler, who was previously on the New Ulm High School trap team, believes their early success comes from great coaching and coachable shooters.

With the season just beginning, the Eagles are looking for even greater success. “This is only the start,” Tyler added. “We have a few weeks before the state tournament and are looking to be very successful.”
