After eight long years, the CTE/FACS department brought back International Foods for students to take. “I believe that this will be by far my favorite foods class to teach,” instructor Ashley Schneider said. “I believe that students didn’t take it because they assume it’s a history class, but it is so much more.”
There are 18 students ranging from sophomores to seniors who are all ready to enjoy this new class.
