The Intro to Business class taught by Mrs. Mosher has been tasked with creating a small business and making at least five dollars that will get donated back to the school after the project is over. “Over 50% of businesses start as a small business,” Mosher said. This project covers the foundational skills required to form a self-sustaining business and forces the students to use those skills.

Next, the students will create a food truck that could one day be seen in a parking lot near you. “The food truck project goes more in-depth than the small business project,” Mosher said. In this project the students will create a food truck that is unique enough that it would survive in the real world. This project will have a more focused approach than the small business project but it doesn’t require the students to actually form a food truck from this.
