Tuesday, January 16, 2024, marked the first day of Mrs. Longtin’s second-semester apprentice class. Many students were excited to finally get placed in a classroom and help out around Jefferson Elementary to make students’ lives change for the better. The twenty-four students were more than excited to finally be able to get into the rooms and start teaching their students. “Apprentice is a great experience. It’s great getting to work with an old teacher of mine and learn how to teach in a classroom. I’ve learned a lot from this class,” said Senior Tyler Widmark.
Although this class has a majority of seniors taking it this class could be helpful for anyone at any age.
