April 28th was the first week for competition week shooting. All this means is that we are competing against each other on the team for spots on varsity and junior varsity, and the kids that don’t make either of those compete c squad. Our state tournament is June 16, up in Alexandria, Mn. The past 3 weeks we have had shooting, the first two weeks were practice weeks. We all were getting back in the swing of things, and then last week was reserve week. Reserve week is if you missing shooting one week, and you can’t shoot makeup on Tuesday that score goes in. If you miss a week you are unable to compete as State. We encourage you to come out see what trap is all about and watching us break some clays. We start shooting Monday’s at 5:30 down at the Sioux Valley Gun Club in New Ulm.
