In 1915, in the first yearbook of New Ulm High School, a student wrote: “It would be a glorious realization of one of our most cherished dreams if our school could publish a monthly newspaper of the kind that is published by other high schools of our rank.” The following year The Graphos appeared, beginning a tradition that would last until June 2000.
