On Thursday (2/9/17) Mr. Guentzel came to our class seeking feedback on trying to fix the “problem” of students standing in the bleachers during sports games. Mr. Guentzel has received multiple complaints by parents and community members who think that the squadron should move because we stand during games and block peoples view. Some parents are unable to sit in the parent sections during games because it is crowded and cramped so they sit in the student section. This is now causing troubles because they are unable to enjoy the game when we block their line of sight. We have been given 4 options to try to fix the problem.

Regardless of the outcome, somebody will be unhappy with whatever is decided, but it is better to fix the problem now rather then later to avoid future drama and problems for the staff, students, parents and community members.
