Dashing into Your Winter Wardrobe
Weather isn’t the only thing changing in Minnesota.
Now is the time to start shopping for your winter wardrobe and this will be the article to help you on the way.
Keeping warm in Minnesota doesn’t mean sacrificing cute looks. Although a new wardrobe may be hard to put together, there may be a few lovely places in town that have all the winter must-haves. Here are a few styling tips to help find the snow-tastic looks everyone will be dying to have. The latest styles for winter in Minnesota will not only help you brave cold, but will also keep you looking cute as ever.
One of the few clothing places we have in New Ulm would be Gallery 512. It is a lovely boutique in downtown New Ulm. This store features styles for young adults to women. According to Rachel Hohensee, a fashionista and junior here at New Ulm High School, “I like little boutiques because they have more unique stuff that not everybody’s wearing.” She also stated that it was one of her go-to places to shop.
Rachel said her winter must-haves would be comfy sweaters that you can dress up or down, booties, statement necklaces and Love Your Melon hats. “It’s for a good cause, but they also have really cute beanies,” said Rachel about the Love Your Melon hats. 50 percent of the proceeds of the hats go to fighting pediatric cancer. These hats are a great way to give to a great cause.
According to Harpers BAZAAR, some other styles coming back this winter are denim and plaid which fit right in with Minnesota fashions so they won’t be hard to find. These styles can be used to add a touch of color to an outfit and are super easy to style.
Finding the perfect winter outfits to fit the holidays and everyday attire can be difficult. These were just a few ways that you can look great this winter while staying cozy. Hopefully, this will help you in creating the winter looks that you and all your friends will love.
