Off-season lifting is an after-school event where student-athletes are allowed to exercise to improve themselves as athletes from Tuesday through Friday. These guided workouts have become popularized by the phrase “Lieser lifts.” They are primarily focused on athletes not in season but who are looking to continue their growth. Brody Hacker said, “Yeah, off-season lifting is pretty important for getting better and I go when I can.”

The lifts are not limited to off-season athletes; anyone can come to the allotted time slot right after school and get a free workout. The lifts are generally plenty of workouts and have full-body aspects applied to them. Avid after-school lifter Brady Seidl said, “I love Lieser lifts.” If you are looking to improve yourself, after-school lifting is the place to go!
