In strength and conditioning, the students do a bunch of tests,  with one being the vertical jump. The vertical jump tests the lower body strength by jumping up to touch the flaps at the top of the device. The higher they jump, the more flaps can be hit. Each student gets to put their vertical jump to the test. “It is kinda fun to see how far up you can jump,” said Tayden Moldan, a junior at New Ulm High School. This is just one of many ways to measure strength in the class.
