From captain of the Eagles Dance Team for three consecutive years to FCCLA member and treasurer for the 2023-24 school year to knowledge-bowl wiz par excellence, to say that Leanna Brown has excelled is an understatement. So it is only fitting that she has been accepted on an early decision to Northwestern Univesity in Evanston, Illinois to pursue a major in journalism.
Northwestern University is a very sought-after school for students who pride themselves in their schoolwork and grades. With only a seven percent acceptance rate, Northwestern is often taken for an Ivy League, being closely comparable to Brown, Cornell, Dartmouth, and Princeton.
