Helping around horticulture

Horticulture students learn about plant anatomy, the different types of plants, and occasionally use the greenhouse to nurture and water plants. Senior intermediate-gardener James McGuire is giving a helping hand in the greenhouse by watering his pepper plants. “I really enjoy horticulture, it’s a fun class where we get to grow our own plants and learn about them,” McGuire said.
