With spring right around the corner, baseball players like Hunter Sehr and Ethan Stade are excited to start their 2021 senior season with the New Ulm Eagles. After the cancellation of the 2020 high school season, athletes like Ethan Stade were torn. However, the loss of one season brings excitement and energy for the next. Ethan stated that, “I’ve been ready for baseball since the last season ended. I never want to stop playing.” As a senior, the High School team counts on exceptional pitchers, like Stade, to outperform his earlier years and help the team flourish. As a senior, Hunter Sehr says, “A lot of seniors this year are hungry and if that hunger can come together we have the potential to do something special.”
