Mitzi Marti – Lunch Staff Member of ISD #88 is captured spending her morning preparing individually wrapped Celery for New Ulm High School Student and Staff lunches due to COVID – 19 Pandemic outbreak. Marti said, “Preparing lunches for Students and Staff Faculty and following the COVID – 19 guidelines has impacted us being it now takes us an extra 45 minutes longer than it used to, to prepare school lunches since we need to individually wrap and pre-package all foods. The Pandemic has changed a lot of things from past school years to this school year.” (Morgan Blackstad )
