Lifetime Activities offers opportunities to have fun while staying active!

February 7, 2018

The Lifetime Activities class is taught by Mrs. Olsen, a health and physical education teacher at the high school. The class offers many opportunities for activities, even on the weekends. The class has a variety of activities including everything from tennis and golf to fishing and skiing. The class teaches students activities and sports that they can do for the rest of their lives and with friends or family to stay active.

Mrs. Olson says that she describes Lifetime Activities as a “P.E. course that blends team and individual sports that individuals can do for the rest of their lives.”

One of the biggest advantages of taking Lifetime Activities is that it gets individuals out into the community. Its a great way for students to enjoy the outdoors.
