With the school year nearing its end, the seniors of New Ulm High School are preparing to go out into the real world. Seniors Brennan Benson, Brody Griebel, and Joseph Haag have very different plans, or none, for after high school.

Senior Brennan Benson has told me he plans to attend South Central College, majoring in computer networking. When asked why he chose computer networking, Brennan said, "I enjoy working with computers." Brennan is undecided on whether to continue his education after two years at South Central or to jump into the workforce.

Brody has surprised the world with his unformed plans for after high school. "I don't know what I am going to do after high school," Brody said, "but I know that I won't be mowing your lawn." We can only hope that Brody figures out what he will do as graduation approaches.

Senior Joseph Haag plans to jump straight into the workforce after high school. "I plan to work full-time at United Commercial Upholstery and part-time at Happy Joes," said Joseph.  Joseph plans to coast through the rest of high school to hurry and get working.
