Cobb’s Creek, March 31

Cobbs+Creek%2C+March+31

Cobb’s Creek is located just south of New Ulm on Minnesota highway fifteen. The creek has a main trail and several small trails leading to overlooks and the river. Last spring Cobb’s Creek was flooded from the snow and rain, the flood washed out a part of the main trail and destroyed a walking bridge going over the creek. The creek is often overlooked by local hikers because of Flandrau state park in New Ulm. Cobb’s Creek is an under appreciated gem that offers scenic overlooks, small rapids, carved canyons, and fresh air.
