NUHS neon night
NUHS holds neon themed spring dance.

You hear distant loud music, the lights are off and the room is illuminated by the glowsticks everyone is wearing. This is not something you would expect to experience walking into a high school but that is exactly what it was like one recent Friday night at NUHS.
The NUHS Student Council decided to put together a neon-themed dance in the high school cafeteria. The entrance fee was $5 and everyone was given a glowstick upon admission.
The DJ brought along black lights which allowed for students with neon and reflective clothing to glow. Many students took advantage of this and some brought extra glowsticks to stand out more.
