Last Friday at NUHS, the New Ulm Area Wrestling team secured two more wins for their winning record this year. Currently, the team has a record of 11-9. The team has been ramping up with two-a-day practices to help prepare for team and individual sections coming up in mid February. The team currently has two wrestlers ranked in the state. Senior Jaden Drill ranks 5, and sophomore Parker Kamm ranks 7 in the state. “The whole team has been putting in a lot of effort not only bettering themselves but others on the team as well. I am very excited to see how the team and individual sections go,” Drill said. (Paige Frederick)
