Junior Brenna Thordson shows off one of her custom embroidered crewnecks. In May 2021, Thordson began selling her crewnecks on an Instagram account dedicated to her small business: @btdesigns04. On her page, she displays photos of her past projects for potential customers to view and buy. Thordson did not go into the embroidery business only for the money, though: “I started my small business because I have always loved to create and once I made some [crewnecks] for myself, other people were interested so I started selling some to my friends,” Thordson said.
