Mr.+Briggs+and+students+work+on+the+start+of+what+will+be+a+fully+vinyl+sided+wall.+The+Intro+to+Trades+class+explored+many+jobs+over+the+semester.+Some+of+these+occupations+include+large+equipment+operators%2C+plumbers%2C+roofers%2C+carpenters%2C+and+electricians.+Mr.+Briggs+said%2C+With+this+being+the+first+year+of+this+class+and+having+no+curriculum+to+go+off+of%2C+I+think+the+students+are+gaining+a+wide+range+of+knowledge+for+many%2C+many+potential+jobs+that+do+not+require+college+degrees.

Mr. Briggs and students work on the start of what will be a fully vinyl sided wall. The Intro to Trades class explored many jobs over the semester. Some of these occupations include large equipment operators, plumbers, roofers, carpenters, and electricians. Mr. Briggs said, “With this being the first year of this class and having no curriculum to go off of, I think the students are gaining a wide range of knowledge for many, many potential jobs that do not require college degrees.”
