All Fall Sports Banquet Meeting

The Eagles fall sports banquet last night was very new to a lot of people. The main difference this year was that all fall sports teams had their banquet together. This way all the athletes could see the accomplishments of the other fall sports teams and athletes and they could all support one another. Since all fall sports were together this year, there were a couple problems that occurred. The main one being that there were over two hundred people that came to the banquet and it was quite packed in the room. However, aside from the small problems like this that were faced, the first fall banquet at our new high school went rather well. It started with a small introduction by the Eagle’s booster club president. Following that there was a buffet and then the awards were handed out to all the lettering and senior athletes. All lettering athletes were given a letter and a paper acknowledging the athletes for their participation. The seniors were also awarded a plaque thanking them for their participation. “It was nice to see the amount of support there was for all the athletes”, said Hunter Rainweiler.
